Rooms/Food
Steensgaard Manor House comprises 20 rooms of which 18 are double rooms. All rooms are modernized including own bathroom but kept in the original style. The beautiful living rooms in the main building can be used for meetings.
Steensgaard Manor House has a top class gastronomic kitchen. In charge of the kitchen is the owner of Steensgaard Manor House Anne Bille-Brahe and her husband Niels. Anne Bille-Brahe has 25 years of experience from the international world of cooking. Steensgaard Manor House has an a la carte restaurant with a daily changing small menu card. The restaurant in the Dining Room comprises up to 50 guests. The Yellow Room can be used for meetings or dinning, where it comprises up to 40 guests.

Forest: Steensgaard Manor House is situated close to own forest.
Golf: Steensgaard Manor House can assist you in arranging golf on Faaborg Golfclub. Faaborg Golf course is situated only 2 km from Steensgaard Manor House and beautiful located in the hilly Svanninge and with a view on Islands surrounding Funen.
Horse riding: Steensgaard Manor House can arrange for horse back riding.
Park/garden: Steensgaard Manor House has its own 24 acres of parkland with old trees, a lake and a game reserve.
Patio: Steensgaard Manor House has a patio with a view over the lake. In summer you will find garden furniture for your convenience.
Running tracks: The surroundings at Steensgaard Manor House invite you for a lovely run. Plan your own trip and explore the surroundings while exercising.

Water (sea, lakes etc.): Steensgaard Manor House has its own lake. Around the main building you will find a moat and see ducks and swans enjoying life. Moreover, Steensgaard Manor House is situated close to beach and sea.
History
Steensgaard Manor is very old - the oldest part of the main building dates back to 1310. Through 200 years the Manor was owned by family Bille-Brahe-Selby until it was sold to Michael Th. Hansen in 1938. His son, C.P.M. Hansen took over the Manor in 1963. Today, the Manor is a modern company with a dairy, a shop, a home farm and a manor house pension.
Steensgaard Manor House is today used for private persons and companies stay. The place is run by Anne Bille-Brahe and her husband. Anne Bille-Brahe is related to the Bille-Brahe family, who owned Steensgaard back in history.

Steensgaard Manor House is situated on the Southern part of Funen, a few kilometers from Faaborg between Svanninge and the bay of Helnaes. It will take you app. 2 hours drive from the airport of Billund and app. 1½ hours drive from Copenhagen (using the Storebæltsbro).
From highway E20 you take exit no. 55. Follow the road towards Faaborg - road no. 329 in app. 38 km. A few kilometres before arriving to Faaborg you will see signs to Steensgaard Manor House.
